Return Policy
This policy outlines the conditions and process for returning a Glister product.
1. Eligibility for Return
You can initiate a return for your product within 7 days of the delivery date for the following reasons:
- Damaged Product: The product was delivered in a physically damaged condition.
- Defective Product: The product is not working correctly or has a manufacturing defect.
- Incorrect Product: You received a product that is different from what you ordered.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- In its original, unused condition.
- In its original packaging, including the box, user manual, warranty cards, and all accessories.
- With the price tags and labels intact.
Note: Products with signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing parts will not be accepted for return.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Log in to your account on glister.co.in and go to your order history, or contact our customer support at info@glister.co.in or at our designated contact number.
- Provide your order number, the name of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return (e.g., damaged, defective, incorrect).
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, will arrange for a return pick-up from your address.
Note : We do not offer any refund, all sales made are final.
